This is how to set yourself up for a successful day, starting from your morning

Research and science has shown that a great day begins with a great morning. Your morning routine significantly influences your day’s trajectory.

In today’s post, I’ll introduce you to the 6 routines I observe every morning to set myself up for daily success. I call it the ๐—ฃ๐—”๐—ฉ๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—ฆ ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฑ and I adapted it from Hal Elrondโ€™s book – The miracle morning.

I love this routine because not only is it ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐—น๐˜† ๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ, it totally ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ aspects of my being – Spirit, soul, mind and body.

Alright letโ€™s get into it

P.A.V.E.R.S

The first “P” stands for ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฟ. Every morning, I dedicate time to prayer and meditation, which sharpens my focus and keeps my spirit and soul together. Prayer also helps me prime my inner man to face the challenges of the day. My prayer also includes studying my Bible.

A stands for ๐—”๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป. Each morning I take the time to speak positively to myself, reaffirming my worth and potential. Affirmation is self-love in actionโ€”I reinforce my vision for the future by affirming my capabilities and reminding myself of who I am and what I can achieve. My affirmations are usually rooted in scriptures because the Word of God gives my affirmation a life of its own.

V stands for ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป. Every morning I envision my desired future, understanding that my thoughts shape my reality. By consistently visualizing my goals, I empower my subconscious mind to drive me toward achieving them.

E stands for ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฒ. Each morning, I prioritize engaging in some form of cardio, no matter how brief, to kickstart my day with energy and strength. Scientific research confirms that exercise offers numerous benefits beyond physical health.

R stands for ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด. Just as exercise strengthens the body, reading exercises the mind. Each morning, I carve out time to immerse myself in literature that enriches and uplifts me. Whether it’s an audiobook or a physical book, the goal is the same: to ingest knowledge that fuels my personal growth.

S stands for ๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด. Each day, I dedicate time to journaling, often using just one prompt. It provides a window into my inner world, enabling me to assess my progress, identify areas for growth, and celebrate my development.

With the ๐—ฃ๐—”๐—ฉ๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—ฆ method, I prime myself for a great day, intentionally ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด my way to sustainable success.

I hope this motivates you to design a routine that empowers you to conquer each day with intentionality.
