This is what I know to be true – Our world will become safer and better as more individuals start to live their dreams and thrive in life, while organizations build and follow adaptable results-driven roadmaps that create purposeful impact, high growth, and sustainable success.

My name is Ijeoma Ufomadu and I am a passionate multi-talented problem solver intensely dedicated to building effective products and focused communities that add value and promote purpose, whilst creating enabling atmospheres for long-term holistic thriving.

I am a happy wife and grateful mum of two boys – my family is my world and my faith keeps me centered.

I am passionate about purposeful productivity and time management as a tool and strategy to initiate change, create value, and maximize impact.

I am currently a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, a Testers’ Guild Leader, and an In-house Product Trainer at a leading software manufacturing company in the Netherlands. I love my job because it provides me the beautiful opportunity to balance customer experience with the Business bottom line, a relationship I understand so well that I can interpret it in any role. Previously, I did this as a CX professional and Business Analyst on the front end (customer-facing). Now, I am actively part of the back-end process ensuring this reality through software testing that verifies and validates. And this really excites me.

I am also the founder of myNigeria.NL, a social impact Enterprise dedicated to enabling the successful integration of Nigerian Expatriates into the Netherlands.

I also founded TheTHRIVEWoman™, a holistic productivity brand dedicated to empowering busy professional women with the mindset, strategies, systems, and tools they need to lead their FULL and thrive in it, without overwhelm and burnout.

I run a faith-based lifestyle and wellness blog called lifewithIjeoma which inspires and empowers busy Christian women to create room for the things that truly matter and build the inner strength they need to fully birth and fulfill their destinies.

I am the host of theTHRIVE TV, an on-demand lifestyle channel changing the narrative of Media in Africa through wholesome and inspiring content on faith, lifestyle, and productivity.

I also founded Styled by ABBA, a timeless fashion brand for bold, stylish, and contemporary African women

I am poised to reawaken and rekindle the inner fire of my generation and generations after me. I have a passion to see visionaries evolve into their best thriving and impactful selves and my greatest desire is to see God glorified, lives thrive, destinies fulfilled and God’s counsel superintend in the lives of men.

Through the interplay of five (5) key elements – deep-rooted spirituality, thought-provoking conversations, critical thinking, creative imaginations, and organized strategies, I help visionaries recover their core and build lives that are ablaze for God, fully fruitful and alive to the world.

I do this to satisfy that part of me that craves to see the world flourish because people are living their lives fully awake!
