Have you ever felt like the best years of your life have slipped away?

Do you find yourself regretting the choices you made in your youth, wishing you had spent those years differently?

Perhaps you’re in your 40s, 50s, 60s, or beyond, wishing you had discovered certain life-changing insights sooner.

If this resonates with you, you’re not alone—many of us find ourselves reflecting on what could have been.

But here’s the thing: It’s never too late to turn things around.

Hold on for a moment.

Place the back of your hand against your nose and take a deep breath in and out.

If you can feel your breath on your hand, it means you still have a chance.

Nothing is ever as bad as it seems.

As long as you have life, you have hope.

Even if 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 that will ripple across generations.

It all depends on how intentional you decide to be right now.

While it might feel like 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱, commit to 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁.

Decide that, despite past regrets, you’ll make the rest of your life the best of your life.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁:

Focus on nurturing personal growth and building your dreams by:

First, pinpointing an aspect of your life that is ripe for growth.

Second, envisioning something you’re eager to bring into existence. That is, an impact you’ll like to create

Third, categorizing these aspirations into two boxes: “𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝗼𝘅” and “𝗗𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝘅.”

The “Dream Box” contains future growth endeavors and creative ventures you would like to achieve from three months onward, extending to the far future.

The “Do Box” contains immediate actions for growth and creation, goals you want to accomplish within the next three months.

Next, from the “𝗗𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝘅,” select one growth area/goal and one creation goal to 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲.

Opt for goals with low-hanging fruit for quick wins.

Detail the steps you need to achieve these goals and break them down to as much bits as you can.

Afterward, get to work, taking it one bit at a time, one day at a time; and leaving the future for the future. Just focus on what you have ahead of you.

Doing this will help you cultivate momentum and enthusiasm to tackle what you have selected, take on more items from your “Do Box” and eventually your “Dream Box.”

Finally, create a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 designed to elevate your overall well-being. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 with 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹, manageable steps and gradually expand your efforts. An optimal being will help you effectively pursue and bring your goals to pass

Prioritize these five key areas: nurturing your spirit, tending to your soul, enriching your mind (intellectual), caring for your body, and fostering meaningful relationships.

Also, do not overlook the significance of managing your finances.

By staying committed to personal growth, pursuing your true passions, and finding balance in all areas of life, you can rewrite your story—no matter where you’re starting from.

Praying for you and rooting for you.

You definitely can be all you were born to be

Love, Light & Lots of Laughter

Research and science has shown that a great day begins with a great morning. Your morning routine significantly influences your day’s trajectory.

In today’s post, I’ll introduce you to the 6 routines I observe every morning to set myself up for daily success. I call it the 𝗣𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 and I adapted it from Hal Elrond’s book – The miracle morning.

I love this routine because not only is it 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, it totally 𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 aspects of my being – Spirit, soul, mind and body.

Alright let’s get into it

P.A.V.E.R.S

The first “P” stands for 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿. Every morning, I dedicate time to prayer and meditation, which sharpens my focus and keeps my spirit and soul together. Prayer also helps me prime my inner man to face the challenges of the day. My prayer also includes studying my Bible.

A stands for 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Each morning I take the time to speak positively to myself, reaffirming my worth and potential. Affirmation is self-love in action—I reinforce my vision for the future by affirming my capabilities and reminding myself of who I am and what I can achieve. My affirmations are usually rooted in scriptures because the Word of God gives my affirmation a life of its own.

V stands for 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Every morning I envision my desired future, understanding that my thoughts shape my reality. By consistently visualizing my goals, I empower my subconscious mind to drive me toward achieving them.

E stands for 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲. Each morning, I prioritize engaging in some form of cardio, no matter how brief, to kickstart my day with energy and strength. Scientific research confirms that exercise offers numerous benefits beyond physical health.

R stands for 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. Just as exercise strengthens the body, reading exercises the mind. Each morning, I carve out time to immerse myself in literature that enriches and uplifts me. Whether it’s an audiobook or a physical book, the goal is the same: to ingest knowledge that fuels my personal growth.

S stands for 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Each day, I dedicate time to journaling, often using just one prompt. It provides a window into my inner world, enabling me to assess my progress, identify areas for growth, and celebrate my development.

With the 𝗣𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦 method, I prime myself for a great day, intentionally 𝗽𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 my way to sustainable success.

I hope this motivates you to design a routine that empowers you to conquer each day with intentionality.

Praying for you and rooting for you.

You definitely can be all you were born to be

Love, Light & Lots of Laughter

If you’ve been feeling stuck in the cycle of low productivity and underachievement lately, this post is for you.

It’s crucial to understand that while external factors may create roadblocks on your path to success, 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 often comes down to 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁.

There is a place for building the grit, resilience and inner strength needed to achieve your goals and thrive in the face of numerous challenges

And that resilience, grit and inner strength comes from 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆.

When you feel holistically empowered to achieve your goals, you cancel out excuses and set yourself up for sustainable success

Here are 6 strategies you can utilize to improve your productivity and overcome underachievement:

The first strategy is to 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻. Sleep holds immense importance as it plays a vital role in maintaining your body’s equilibrium and ensuring adequate rest for optimal functioning each day.

Secondly, 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 . Engaging in these practices enhances focus and uplifts your mood.

The third is nutrition and hydration: 𝗔 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 to helping you boost your mood and balance your body fluids.

𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 is the fourth strategy. It 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆. You don’t need to begin with intensive workouts; starting with something simple like daily cardio with Leslie Sansone on YouTube can be effective.

The fifth strategy is 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. Engaging in ongoing education and skill development fosters personal growth Whether through formal courses, personal study, or practical experiences, committing to learning new things expands your knowledge base and opens doors to new opportunities.

The sixth is journaling. Taking the time to reflect on your thoughts, experiences, and goals through journaling can provide valuable insights and clarity. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

By implementing these strategies, you’ll build the grit, inner resilience and strength you need to stay focused on your goals as well as living a more fulfilling and balanced life. This holistic approach empowers you to not only achieve success but to truly thrive in every area of your life.

Praying for you and rooting for you.

You definitely can be all you were born to be

Love, Light & Lots of Laughter

In the fast-paced world we live in, it’s easy to get swept up in the demands of our daily life without taking a moment to pause and reflect. However, one of the most powerful tools for personal growth and development is often overlooked: empirical reviews. This practice, which involves regularly assessing your goals, achievements, and areas for improvement, can be a game-changer in your journey toward self-development.

So Fridays are the ideal time to sit back and 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

Or maybe you’re like me and Saturday is another busy part of your week and so the reflections come on Saturday night after a well-worked week running from Monday through Saturday with a shabbath in between.

Whichever day your reflections fall on, it is important that you take the time to appraise your journey because 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀/𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘀 serve as 𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 towards the path of becoming and achieving our goals.

However, the effectiveness of your appraisals/reflections lies on how 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 they are 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱.

In this post, I will share with you two types of appraisals that hold the potential for significant personal growth, along with practical insights on how to execute them.

The 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲 of appraisal involves conducting reviews. Reviews offer insights into your accomplishments during the designated period under assessment. They allow you to reflect on the goals you’ve achieved and evaluate your progress. Essentially, 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱.

The 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲 of appraisal known as a retrospective, shifts the focus from what you’ve accomplished to how you achieved it. During a retrospective, the emphasis lies on understanding the process behind your accomplishments. This involves evaluating various factors such as your 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 versus budgeted, identifying supportive elements, recognizing challenges, and assessing what facilitated or hindered your progress. In essence, 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 and lived in the period under review.

When conducting appraisals, it is important not only to assess what you’ve done but also how you’ve done it.

This comprehensive approach not only gives you a very solid approach to empirical planning so that you make plans based on actual data and not assumptions, it also helps you to pinpoint both successes and areas for improvement.

By identifying what worked effectively, what didn’t, and why, you can enhance your planning for future endeavors, ensuring more successful outcomes.

We hope you feel inspired to incorporate this practice into your life and get to experience the transformative impact it can bring.

Praying for you and rooting for you.

You definitely can be all you were born to be

Love, Light & Lots of Laughter

As a High-driven achiever, your time is invaluable—it’s the currency you exchange for achieving your goals and becoming the person you desire to become.

Yet, gifted as we are, we often find ourselves entangled in tasks, both worthy and wasteful, that are designed to contribute to our long term success

However, if you 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 that are 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂, you will find yourself 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

There is of course resistance at all levels but as a 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 high driven 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿, the 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 is to 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 the 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 of your 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 in the 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 your 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 so as to 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 your 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 and 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 your 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 and 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆.

In today’s post, I’ll share four task categories that encompass all the work we do and I’ll highlight where you should focus on as a high driven achiever.

The four types of tasks are: low-leverage, mid-leverage, high-leverage, and thrive leverage.

𝗟𝗼𝘄-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 are those you 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 and 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵. While they are crucial to your work, you hate them and you can’t even do them. Engaging with these tasks breeds 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝘀 your 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

𝗠𝗶𝗱-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 are those you 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Despite your hatred for such tasks, your ability to tackle them a degree of leverage. While still unpleasant, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 over them, 𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆.

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 are 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 and 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺. While not executed flawlessly or with professional finesse, your ability to handle these tasks 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 to your 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀. However, there is a professional out there who can do it better than you.

The fourth type is 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀, your 𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲 of 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘂𝘀. Engaging in these tasks brings sheer enjoyment and absorption. This is where you give 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲

As a high-driven achiever, your goal should be to focus on thrive-leverage tasks first and then the high-leverage tasks when you need to.

And you should minimize and work towards eliminating time spent on mid and low-leverage ones.

Initially it may be challenging but aim to intentionally increase your value so you can earn more and use the money to buy time by delegating the mid-leverage task and the low leverage tasks.

As you continue on your journey to success, always strive to work smarter, not harder, and cultivate a workflow that allows you to thrive. Here’s to maximizing your potential and achieving success with greater ease and joy!

Praying for you and rooting for you.

You definitely can be all you were born to be

Love, Light & Lots of Laughter

Benjamin Franklin famously said,
‘When you fail to plan, you plan to fail.’

This quote rings true because planning is not just a mere step; it’s the cornerstone of any successful endeavor, whether it’s an event, a project, or even your life itself.

However, the 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 lies not just in planning, but in 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻.

This is how successful individuals distinguish themselves from those who have been striving for success – by their approach to planning within the same 24-hour timeframe.

Now, there are quite some great methodologies to planning and today, I will be sharing one of the methods to planning that can help you successfully 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 so that you can 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘆 of your life.

Let’s go!

One of the most critical aspects of effectively planning your day is 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽. Not only does your body require adequate rest for rejuvenation, but structuring your sleep time allows you to optimize your entire schedule. Whether you’re navigating a demanding 9-to-5 job or pursuing ambitious goals, carving out dedicated time for sleep will help you function more effectively.

Secondly, your day should contain 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 for your 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 and ideally, your routines should come in sets. While it’s crucial to have time for your goals, it’s equally important to allocate time for your routines. Routines act as the grease that keeps the machinery of your life running smoothly—they nourish you, sustain you, and prevent burnout. So, always make it a priority to designate blocks of time for your routines.

The third crucial element is allocating 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 blocks for 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. Whether in the office or at home, schedule uninterrupted periods to immerse yourself in tasks without distractions. These focused sessions enhance productivity and creativity, allowing for deep problem-solving and strategic planning. Make it a priority to safeguard these focus time blocks in your schedule.

The fourth essential component is allocating 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 for 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀. These tasks may vary—from one-off errands to recurring monthly or yearly responsibilities, such as making a call or handling administrative duties. By scheduling specific blocks for these tasks, you prevent them from disrupting focused work sessions.

Lastly, allocate 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 in your schedule where you have nothing planned—no appointments, no obligations, just pure freedom. As high achievers, we’re prone to filling every moment of our days with tasks and commitments. However, this approach can be counterproductive, as we all need room to breathe, recharge, and rejuvenate.

With these five key elements integrated into your daily routine, you’re laying the groundwork to maximize every moment of your day. Here’s to maximizing every day of the second half of 2024 and beyond. Let’s make it count!

Praying for you and rooting for you.

You definitely can be all you were born to be

Love, Light & Lots of Laughter
