The THRIVE Woman was borne out of a passion to see women rise up on their inside and be all they were born to be, regardless of what their life journeys have been. It’s a call to bring to the fore, the deep resilience of the African woman, that resilience that is in our bone marrow; that resilience that we often are not aware of but is the reason we’ve come this far despite the barriers against us.

At the the THRIVE Woman, we seek to heal, grow, break barriers, go further, explore and become deeply connected to the life that is truly ours – the life of greatness and triumph that we were called to live.

In other to truly thrive, we must never stop pushing the limits and believing, no matter how hard or tough it looks. We strive to push past the comfort zone and always move forward because thriving doesn’t mean you don’t have challenges, thriving means you’re living a life of continuous victory in the face of challenges.

The art of doing is what moves and propels us forward. We have an action bias because we know that learning, living and leading are action words.

Passion energizes us, purpose fuels us, a deep awareness of the power of time and choices empower us, and an inner strength that flows from God to us undergirds us, making it impossible for us to fail.
